Refund policy

Easy 30-Day Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, you can return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund to your original payment method.

Eligibility

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • In original packaging with tags attached

  • Free from odors, stains, or pet hair

  • Accompanied by your order number or packing slip

Non‑returnable items (for hygiene and safety):

  • Intimates, lingerie, bodysuits, hosiery, and swimwear (unless unopened with all hygienic liners and seals intact)

  • Final sale items (marked Final Sale on the product page)

  • Gift cards

If an item is returned to us ineligible, we may send it back to you at your expense.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email info@belafilsjewelry.com with your order number, item(s), and reason for return.

  2. We’ll reply with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.

  3. Pack the item securely and write the RA number on the outside of the package.

  4. Ship back using a trackable service.

Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or we shipped the wrong item.

Refunds

  • Once your return is delivered to our facility, please allow 2–5 business days for inspection.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within up to 10 business days (timing may vary by card issuer or payment service).

  • Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless we made an error.

Exchanges

For the fastest exchange, place a new order for the desired item and return your original item for a refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged/defective or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@belafilsjewelry.com with clear photos and your order number. We’ll make it right.

Cancellations & Order Changes

We start preparing orders quickly. If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help, but cancellations/changes aren’t guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after we’ve confirmed it was issued, please (1) recheck your bank/PayPal statement, (2) contact your card company or payment service, then (3) email info@belafilsjewelry.com and we’ll assist.
